The project led to the birth of a new business in the catering and banqueting sector.

Orto San Frediano di Giardino Torrini srl was born from the redevelopment of a historic nursery in the heart of the Florentine Oltrarno, the Torrini garden, 3,500 square meters which rise from Via Pisana towards the parallel Via della Fonderia, on the left bank of the Arno. Thanks to this redevelopment which involved expenses for building works, systems, fixtures and furniture and equipment, it was possible to give new life to these spaces by creating a garden kitchen that revolves around the vegetable garden and is inspired by its products.
